A Grateful Heart.

Recently I came across a beautiful book named 'The Power of Heart' by 'Baptist De Pape'. This book gave me very beautiful insights on how important it is to have an open heart. An open heart is full of love, compassion, gratitude and respect for others. It is through our heart we find inspiration and through our heart we find insight.
In our everyday struggle we tend to operate from our mind. Most of our fears and insecurities tend to be created by our mind. It's only our perceptions that makes this place friendly or unfriendly. As long we tend to operate from our mind we tend to fit ourselves in a box; a box full of doubts, incompletion, ego and power. We all tend to find comfort in being okay! settling for things because being okay! is comforting; it pays our bills and gives us warm bed, but it is also passive. Being okay! is not passionate and risky. We tend to play hide and seek with ourselves all through our life. One part of us wants to hide and the other wants to be found out from deep within us. That's the play of life.
We all need to go beyond our certain and limited mind and try to take a leap of faith in the certainty of this loving heart. Our heart knows all the answers, so let's put our attention to it and reflect on whatever surfaces. Our heart has abundance of love. Love that can heal us, nurture us and all the people around us. What we send out from a open heart always comes back to us multiplied. It's important to tap in our heart for that's were we get our guidance from. Ask yourself what I'm passionate about? What makes me happy and joyous? Also ask what keeps me from connecting with my heart? What can I do to connect with my heart? and just be open to receive the answer. It might be scary but our heart will always help us through the way.
An open heart is always grateful of whatever shows up in life good or bad. Happiness doesn't make us grateful it's a grateful heart that makes us feel happy. To peep into your heart start being grateful of all the small and the big things, situations and people around you every single day. We are all conditioned to find occasions to be thankful for; let's try to be thankful for the life that breaths through us. Let's allow ourselves to be grateful and our life will shift into a larger, more positive dimension. Let's live a passionate life full of meaning and purpose; and do things we feel we were meant to do and live life we were meant to live.

Love and Light.
